Thank you IHOP

Every year, IHOP supports CMN Hospitals through National Pancake Day. Participating locations serve free short stacks of their famous buttermilk pancakes, and in turn, customers are asked to join in on the celebration by making a donation to CMNH to improve the lives of children at its 170 member hospitals nationwide. All funds collected from participating Alabama restaurants stay local to benefit Children’s of Alabama, the third largest pediatric facility in the country.

Miracle Balloons, which include IHOP coupons, are sold for $1 and $5 each, personalized and displayed at participating IHOP restaurants, offering guests another way to show their support of Children’s and contribute to the National Pancake Day fundraising effort.

IHOP restaurants began National Pancake Day in 2006. Since that year it has raised almost $30 million for charities. Last year, IHOP locations in Alabama raised more than $11,000 for Children’s of Alabama.

To mark its milestone 60th year in business, IHOP and its franchisees set an ambitious goal of raising $5 million for children’s hospitals and medical research during the two-month campaign in 2018 – plus serving a record-breaking 5 million pancakes in a single day. All the money raised during this year’s 60 Days of Giving campaign will stay local and benefit thousands of children’s hospitals across the country.

Thank You, IHOP, for continuing to support CMNH and Children’s of Alabama!
