Thank you to the Dothan Fire Department

The Dothan Fire Department held a fundraiser in the month of September called “Going for the Gold”.  This is an annual fundraiser held in the memory of one of our patient’s Morgan Hasty.  The Hasty’s and the Dothan FD hosted a family fun day and 5K at Westgate Park in Dothan, AL.  The firefighters also designed and sold t-shirts to fellow firefighters that were worn the entire month of September to bring awareness to Pediatric Cancer.  This year’s event raised $12,000 that will go into the Morgan Hasty Fund and will be used for research on the Xenograft project.
