Dothan Police Department Raises Over $33,000!

For the third year in a row, the Dothan Police Department have gone above and beyond in raising money for Children’s of Alabama. This past November the men and women of the Dothan PD raised funds and sponsorships for their “Let Em Grow and Paint Em Up” event.  They have to each raise a minimum of $200, which allows the men to have facial hair and the women to have painted finger nails, something they aren’t allowed to do the rest of the year.  This year they set a goal of $20,000, however they surpassed that goal and raised over $33, 500! Not only do they put their lives on the line each and every day protecting our community, but they also take the time to raise funds and give Hope to our patients being treated in the hospital. We are extremely grateful for their dedication and support that they continue to give to Children’s of Alabama and the patients and families we serve.
