Dothan Fire Department Supports Pediatric Cancer Program at Children’s of Alabama

A HUGE thank you to the Dothan Fire Department for raising $11,500 for Children’s of Alabama! Each year the Dothan FD designs a t-shirt and hosts a family fun day/5K to raise money for the Developmental Therapeutics program within the Alabama Center for Childhood Cancer and Blood Disorders. The fundraiser starts in August and wraps up at the end of September, which is recognized as “National Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.”

Children’s and the ACCCBD are so grateful for their support of our hospital and their willingness to raise funds for us each year.
